Home visits should only be requested for those who are unable to come to the health centre because of serious illness and infirmity.
A home visit is carried out by our Duty Doctor, and this should be requested before 11am, if possible.
You will be asked to provide your name, address and telephone number and will need to give us a brief details of your problem. Our Duty GP will then contact you to discuss your problem.
Home visits are conducted after morning surgery.
Home Visits – Out of Area Patients
If you have been accepted as an out of area patient, please be aware that on signing the Out of Area Declaration Form, you will be advised that you will not receive home visits and must contact NHS 111 or visit an Urgent Care Centre, in your locality, for any urgent treatment needed.
