The Practice offers advice and support for those patients diagnosed as having Asthma or COPD. These clinics are led by our team of nurses, who will invite you to attend for an annual COPD/Asthma review in order to assess your needs.
Should you wish to make a COPD/Asthma review at any other time, simply call the practice on 0121 389 1100, to arrange an appointment with the Practice Nurse.
You can attend this service without a referral.
